Villa Kita (4 bedrooms) encompassing an area of 1,300 m2, Villa Kita is featuring modern architecture with four bedrooms, tastefully decorated in a minimalist style and equipped with all modern comfort and facilities. It is comprises of three buildings arranged in ‘U’ shaped-structure including main building featuring living and dining area and two buildings (left and right wing) each comprises of two bedrooms. The villa is perfectly situated to take in the serenity of its surrounding.

The villa vicinity is accessible through a private road in the middle of gently sloping rice field. The main building is impressive, towering over the compound with large wooden Javanese style entrance. It is featuring large living and dining area set along with the kitchen and guest lavatory on the ground floor, opens to the garden and pool. A large screen TV with high class sound system make this living area complete. This is the center of the life of the villa. A sleek wooden stair adjacent to the dining area leads to the upper floor which consists of an open air mezzanine with alluring view to the surrounding greenery. Further, a small ‘bridge’ is connecting this area to a comfortable library studio.

The four bedrooms (all DBL beds) are set in two different buildings, two bedrooms are on the left and the other two bedrooms are on the right side of the compound. Ground & Pool

The lush outdoor space is featuring minimalist garden decorated with an antique wooden boat on its middle, divides the left and right wing of the property. A ‘T’ shaped pool (18 X 6 meters), with creamy palimanan stone, dominates the east part of the ground. Being a children friendly villa, a small shallow part of the pool is specially prepared for children. Pool chairs are provided on the wooden deck to relax on.

The very end of the ground is still riched with tall trees and is fringed with a small lower lawn suitable for BBQ or outdoor dining.

Staff

Villa Kita is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that their guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team is headed by a villa manager who will oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and is available to assist guests during their stay. The team also includes a cook, 3 housekeepers, a gardener/pool attendant and security guards. The cook is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for all the market shopping, in accordance with the needs and the whims of the guests.

Dining Room

The dining room is located in a sheltered and very spacious open-air pavilion offering the most stunning green infinity views over Bali’s beauty. It has a funky bar and is directly connected to the very large and professional kitchen which can cater for all tastes. The antique dining table can easily have 12 people eating in comfort. There is more furniture available to cater for larger groups and the staff will not hesitate to organize the facilities in the same but bigger way. The dining room is separated by beautiful Balinese lotus ponds from the living room in the central pavilion.

Living Room

The main pavilion overlooking the rice terraces is a very spacious and covered pavilion open on all sides. It has an enormous lounging sofa and fantastic contemporary art. Constructed in traditional Balinese style this living room makes you relax and lounge. Drink a cocktail here and enjoy the spectacular, unobstructed infinity views over Bali. In front of this main pavilion you can also see Villa Infinity Bali’s 40 meter excelling pool. The present music sound installation offers a finishing touch. Villa Anthony Widiadari consists of 2 separate buildings. The main building has a spacious living area with an exit to the garden and the swimming pool. From the garden the visitor has a breath-taking view of the surrounding rice paddies.

Next to the living area is the cooking area. The cooking experience is augmented by top of the line and modern equipment (cooker, microwave, blender, toaster, etc). From the kitchen the guests have access to the cosy dining area.

The air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed. Shades guarantee an undisturbed rest even during daytime. The dressing room offers enough room to house your garderobe.

The marble bathroom is fitted with an egg-shaped bath, a separate shower and a toilet. A hairdryer, make-up mirror, cotton towels, etc are present. The second building, the guest building, has direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. This building contains an air-conditioned study from where Internet access is possible. The bedroom (also with airco) and the bathroom offer the same level of comfort and luxury as the rooms in the main building.

VILLA BA JABULA

Our villa is located in a not too touristy area of Bali, approximately 20 minutes away from Denpasar. It is only 5 minutes away from the volcanic beach of Pantai Seseh. At the beach, you will enjoy long walks, during which you might encounter the sampis (cows), fisherman or young people enjoying surf, but you will rarely meet with the tourist.

Villa Ba Jabula stands 25 meters above sea level and surrounded by rice fields where you be the witness of amazing sun sets from the south-western bay of the island. Our cozy villa has 10 people working in it. Their only worry will be to make sure that you enjoy each and every day, every hour, every minute and every second that you spend in Villa Ba Jabula.

Cemagi, the village where the villa is located, is a typical Balinese village, where you will live with its people, their habits, their character, their happiness, their smiles, their affection, their “ceremonis”, their music, their paz….., you will be able to discover the real BALI.

Emerald Sunset is one of the best four bedrooms villa in Bali in term of modern architecture, location 300 m from the beach with sea view, up to date equipment, quality of service.

LOCATION

Emerald Sunset is located in Canggu 300 meters from the beach on Nelayan Street. Nelayan means fishermen village and a typical Balinese fisherman village is close by and every morning it will be proposed to your cook fresh lobster, king size prawns, garupa… according to the catch of the day. The villa is surrounded with rice field, tropical trees as well and other high luxury villas which make this district still very Balinese but at the same time one of the most luxurious of Bali. The villa is situated 35 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Seminyak the famous shopping and entertainment area, and 15 minutes from Nirwana one of the best Golf course in Asia.

VILLA STYLE

The 4 bedrooms villa of 620 m2 is composed of 3 different 2 storey buildings linked on the second floor by a large terrace from where guests can admire a magnificent sea view especially for the sunset. The large manicured garden features an amazing 100 m2 lava stone swimming pool surrounding the buildings dedicated to the bedrooms. The villa has been designed by the very reputable Yoka Sara who has expressed a very modern architecture especially for the living area but has kept the Balinese touch with traditional material such as wood roof, and amazing old iron wood columns supporting the roof and for some of them plunging in the pool. The furniture and equipment are providing an international high level of comfort and includes 2 satellites communication, wireless internet high speed connection, Bose sound system, LCD flat screen television…

ENTRANCE

From the main gate surrounded by an external tropical garden, a large path slope down to the round about where 4 covered car parks are surrounding the main entrance of the villa. On the right side, a hill planted with tropical trees and the temple are providing a high privacy. On the left a large pound decorated with lotus and bamboo gives the feeling of the best of Bali and announces Sunset villa style. The gate of Sunset villa opened on the manicured lawn tropical garden, a pound decorated with high flower sculptured vas and the path to the very modern living and TV room.

THE GARDEN

The 800 m2 garden is manicured with lawn and decorated with tropical trees, plants and flowers. Just beside the pool, 3 single wood long chairs and 1 double wood long chair, all equipped with comfortable mattress and protected by 2 large umbrellas are positioned on the lawn.

THE POOL

The 100 m2 overflow lava stone pool is around 20 meters long. Its shape is enlarging at the front and display emerald water or dark blue colour varying in connection with the sky and the period of the day.

SECOND FLOOR TERRACE

The 40 m2 2nd floor Terrace is perfect to admire the ocean and to have a drink during the sunset. From this pebble wash terrace, guests can have access to the 3 bedrooms situated upstairs with sea view.

LIVING & TV ROOM

The 90 m2 living room can be closed and air-conditioned with numerous swing glass windows or to be opened on 3 sides to the lotus pond, the manicured garden, the dinning area and the swimming pool. The 12 meters high ceiling gives a great impression of space and gives the vision of the big tropical trees surrounding the property. Sofas, armchairs, coffee table, decoration statues and paintings are furnishing and decorating this large area. At the back of the building a discreet guest bathroom is featuring toilet and basin. A large well designed stair case with wood step is leading to the 40 m2 mezzanine TV room overlooking the living room and featuring comfortable sofas and armchairs a large flat TV screen, a Bose sound system, a DVD player. The TV room is opening a large terrace 2nd floor.

DINING AREA

The open space terrazzo dinning area is equipped with 2 air fan, a large 12 seats wood table. Situated close to the swimming pool, the dinning area is overlooking the manicured garden. Just behind a fully equipped 25 m2 pantry can be close with 2 large coconut sliding doors.

BEDROOM 1 (MASTER BEDROOM)

The 80 m2 master bedroom is surrounded on the east and north part by a private garden. The ducting air-conditioned bedroom with Merbau floor and glass wall with silk curtain on 2 sides is featuring a king size bed with mosquito net, 2 large and comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player. At the back, a close and large study room equipped with desk and chair can be transformed on a junior bedroom.

The walking dressing is featuring a large wardrobe. The terrazzo floor bathroom is featuring indoor a separate toilet, a shower and two basins. Outdoor, in a garden surrounded by timber screen for the privacy is featuring a large terrazzo bath tub surrounded by tropical plants and flowers.

BEDROOM 2

The 45 m2 bedroom 2 is situated on the west part facing the ocean. A large and 5 meters long wood balcony overlooking the swimming pool is providing a special and unforgettable space for the guests. Master Suite, Guest Suite and Guest House

The Master Suite is accessed by an elevated covered walkway on the Living Room level, bridging a water garden below. A sliding door opens to reveal the air-conditioned Office/Sitting Room, complete with merbau wood floor, antique desk, chairs and original artwork on the walls

The Master Bedroom is entered via another sliding door, where a splendid king-size, canopied bed, dressed in white linens and mosquito netting sits in the center of the room like a throne. It features intricate carving and is a copy of an old Madurese Royal bed. This air-conditioned room is equipped with a TV and VCD player. The walls are decorated in a cool shade of blue. There is a vaulted wood ceiling and folding glass doors that open onto a wide wrap around slate-floored balcony. This allows guests to choose open air sleeping instead of air-conditioning if they wish

The views from this room and balcony are breathtaking. The balcony is furnished with a cushioned day bed, rattan armchairs and a dining table for a private breakfast or lunch. This is also a wonderful spot for sunset cocktails

The free standing Guest House is located on the far side of the living and dining pavilion on ground level. It can be reached from the Dining Room or by an outdoor staircase which leads from the Living Room. It is air-conditioned and features a soaring ceiling and a merbau wood floor. The furnishings include a queen size, four-poster bed fashioned from carved teak, with exquisite white linens and mosquito netting; an antique cabinet housing a TV and VCD player with surround sound; a writing table and chairs

The air-conditioned bathroom has a marble floor and a dressing area with fitted wardrobes, huge mirrors, and louvered doors which hide a safe deposit box and mini bar fridge. Double marble topped vanity units support large glass washbowls with teak cupboards and shelves underneath. The toilet cubicle and separate shower are each located behind frosted glass doors. The powerful rainshower is complemented by a handheld shower. Glass doors lead to an open air bathroom romantically lit by unique wall lamps. An oversize bathtub is sheltered under the roof eaves, and there is an outdoor rainshower for moonlit bathing. A glass wall of sliding doors opens onto a white Palimanan stone terrace. Living Room & Dining Room

Welcoming guests with its generous size and openness, the Living Room offers a sweeping vista of the pool, gardens and adjacent rice fields. Cooled by ceiling fans and natural ventilation, and characterised by an Indian slate floor and a soaring vaulted ceiling, the room is exquisitely furnished with cream leather sofas, chairs and bar stools. The centrepiece is an impressive iron chandelier designed by the owners. There is a polished granite party bar with fridge and sink, and a round table with chairs for intimate dining

A stairway leads down to the Dining Room, located on ground level next to the pool terrace. The room is furnished with a three meter long table which seats ten, a sideboard and a pair of 24-light standing candelabra. The ceiling features cove lighting and specialty lighting for the stunning art works which adorn the walls. Folding glass doors offer guests cool alfresco dining and the ambience is enhanced by water sounds emanating from adjacent ornamental ponds, water spouts and bubbling urns

Service Kitchen and Media Room

A timber bridge traverses a pond between the Dining Room and the immaculate Service Kitchen. It is fully equipped with everything that the chef needs to prepare delicious meals in accordance with the requests of each guest. A Wet Kitchen and a Laundry are both tucked away at the back, along with the staff entrance

The air-conditioned Media Room is equipped with a 32-inch LCD flat screen TV, VCD player and surround sound system. It is entered via folding doors leading from the Dining Room. This comfortable room is furnished with two deeply-cushioned sofas, traditional batik cushions, a games table with Plexiglas chairs, and an innovative glass topped coffee table created by hand from coffee-wood branches. Sliding windows on one side overlook an ornamental pond and a window on the other side looks out at the pool. Books and artifacts fill the bookcases

Garden, Swimming Pool, and Relaxation Pavilion

The 16 x 3 metre, blue slate tiled swimming pool has a waterfall at one end, two infinity edges, and is anchored by a Pendopo, used as a Relaxation Pavilion. This ancient structure is the core of a 150-year old wooden Joglo house from Java. It showcases ornate hand-carvings and robust columns, and was constructed using traditional tongue and groove techniques without the use of any nails or bolts. Furnished with a rustic table, a deeply cushioned rattan sofa and chairs, this raised pavilion, with its antique terracotta tiled floor is another delightful area for dining, entertaining and relaxing. There is a granite topped bar for serving at the back of the structure. The white Palimanan stone pool terrace is shaded by sweet-scented white frangipani trees; there are 4 sunbeds and two umbrellas

The expansive gardens are dotted with palm trees and white-flowering shrubs and trees. Open to the rice fields on one side with a view unbroken by walls or fences, the property expands its borders

Water is a predominant element in the spiritual landscape of Bali. This is reflected throughout the property, but especially in the enchanting water garden between the bedroom pavilion and the Living/Dining pavilion. The pond features white lotus and bulrushes, and is planted with white orchids and a frangipani tree on an island. Two serene Buddha statues sit in stone caves against a backdrop of flowing water to complete this beautiful water feature

Legenda is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained and experienced staff members who will ensure that its guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team includes an in-house chef, a head houseman, housekeepers, a full time gardener and three security guards.
