Villa Siam’s location is convenient to the best of Bali. Seminyak’s Callego / Oberoi beach is a 10 minute walk away. Bali’s renowned dining and nightlife are a short stroll away. The most popular Italian restaurant in Bali, “Ultimo” is a 3 minute walk down the street. Renowned “must do” dining at famous establishments such as Ku de Ta and La Lucciola are within a 10 to 15 minute walk of Villa Siam. The Villa

Villa Siam is a 220 square meter (2,350 square feet) contemporary modern Asian style 2 bedroom villa completed in 2007. Villa Siam consists of two amply sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large open floor plan kitchen / dining / living area and an outdoor gazebo “bale bengong” which includes a lounge and dining area. The garden is a magically designed oasis; a petite tropical wonderland while the amply sized pool is always tempting for a plunge.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is a luxuriously appointed sleeping room featuring a king size bed, 42” flat screen TV, dvd player, seating area, contemporary Balinese artwork and a large ensuite bathroom. All furniture for the master bedroom is beautifully designed and crafted by a renowned Balinese furniture company. The room is fully air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. Mood lighting throughout. The master bedroom looks out onto the garden and swimming pool. Frette linens are provided and the bath amenities are Bulgari.

The master bathroom is amply sized and features grey Indonesian marble countertops and walls, a large deep soaking jetted tub, indoor shower with a powerful “raindrop” shower head, dual basin vanity and an outdoor garden shower. The bathroom is fully air-conditioned.

Guest Bedroom

The guest bedroom features a king size bed. Décor is a mix of contemporary Asian style mixed with Chinese antiques and art. It features a writing desk with WI-FI internet and a large wardrobe. The guest bedroom ensuite bathroom is amply sized with a large deep soaking tub and raindrop shower. The guest bedroom is fully air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. Frette linens are provided and the bath amenities are Bulgari.

Living Room / Kitchen / Dining Area

Villa Siam’s main area is open plan and consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area. It is elegantly luxurious and imaginatively decorated creating a warm and inviting environment. The ambience is relaxed elegance. Light and airy; the pool and garden become part of the living space once the doors are opened. It’s warm, tropical and very relaxing.

The living room features a 42” flat screen tv with a Bose home theatre system and a 500 movie DVD library. In addition a small library of loaner books is available. High speed Wi-Fi internet is complimentary. Fully air-conditioned or open the doors and enjoy a traditional Balinese open air living experience.

Decor is a refined mix of antique and contemporary pieces creating a casually elegant ambience – antique opium pipes from Cambodia and Thailand, Turkish carpets, 19th century Chinese cabinetry, Thai silk draperies and blinds, a rare 19th century alabaster Burmese Buddha and custom made comfy chairs and sofas round out the living room.

The attractive Italian marble kitchen is well equipped for cooking with a large side by side fridge and all necessary appliances and utensils. A gourmet grocery store is located five minutes from Villa Siam should you wish to stock up and prepare your own meals.

Inside dining table for six persons is available in addition to an outside dining area for four persons. Most guests opt for restaurant dining as Bali’s best restaurants are reasonably priced and close to Villa Siam. Your villa Butler will cook breakfast for you every morning or self cater breakfast should you prefer.

Oasis Garden & Bale Bengong

The “bale bengong” or gazebo is a thatched roof pavilion located rooftop at Villa Siam. It features a seating area perfect for sunset cocktails served by your butler and a dining table for four persons. Bose speakers provide the music, candlelight and billowing white curtains set the romantic mood. Before evening cocktails enjoy a massage in the bale bengong with Villa Siam’s highly skilled massage therapist. A professional massage table is provided.

The bale bengong is simply and comfortably decorated; it is a great space for a massage, morning coffee or evening sunset drinks. Butler Service – Villa Siam’s butler will prepare your breakfast and assist with all of your needs from laundry and dry cleaning to grocery shopping, car rental, tours, packing and unpacking, dining reservations, spa appointments, etc. Service level is determined by your needs and desires. Some guests prefer complete privacy while other guests prefer a personal assistant type of butler service. It’s all up to you. Housekeeping – Villa Siam’s housekeeper lives on premises and will provide discrete non obtrusive housekeeping service twice per day.

DVD Catalog & Book Library – Villa Siam’s DVD library includes over 500 selections and a Bose Home theater system. A small 200 volume reading material library is available in addition to recent issues of many popular magazines.

Dining – Bali’s best restaurants including Ku-de-Ta, Warisan and La Lucciola are all within 10 minutes of Villa Siam. Therefore most guests choose to dine out for their evening meal. Breakfast is included in the room rate and will be prepared by the Villa Butler or self catered should you prefer to do your own cooking. The Kunja is a boutique hotel offering 18 fully serviced private villas conveniently located in Petitenget Seminyak. Idyllically located on the outskirts of Bali’s trendy Seminyak area, only minutes away from one of the island’s most famous stretch of golden-sand beaches, myriad of restaurants and shopping boutiques.

The Kunja is an all-villa property offering guests a breathtaking amount of space both inside the individual villas as well as the property on which they are located. Specializing in one-bedroom retreats for honeymooners and couples, The Kunja Hotel is only a hotel by name, as the villas themselves are as spacious, refined and private as many of the more attractive private homes in Bali.

One Bedroom Villas

One-bedroom villas consist of a single pavilion on a 285 m2 property. The Villa consists of 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sofa lounge area with sound system, dinning area and full set kitchen. The Bedrooms feature King size “King Koil” bedding, built in wood wardrobes inclusive of private electronic safety box and walk in closets. The bathrooms feature separate shower and bathtub and double sink vanity. All bedrooms are 30 meters2 and include Television cabinet, writing desk with vanity mirror, day bed sofa. Featured in all bedrooms is a 110 Volt electric plug located beside each vanity mirror. The swimming pools in our 1 bedroom villas are large 8.5 meters x 3.5 meters and include a wet sunning area (20cm deep water) beside each sundeck.

Three Bedroom Villas

Three bedroom villas consist of 1 main pavilion on a 715 m2 property. The main pavilion, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sofa lounge area with sound system, dinning area and full set kitchen. The villa includes 4 bathrooms, one per bedroom and an additional powder room in the common area of the villa. All bedrooms feature king size ”King Koil“ bedding and have satellite television, en-suite bathrooms and built in wood walk-in wardrobes inclusive of private electronic safety box. The bathrooms feature separate shower and bathtub and double sink vanities. The swimming pools in our 3 bedroom villas are large 12.5 meters x 6.5 meters and include a wet sunning area (20cm deep water) beside each sundeck.
