Designed to enjoy the true Bali by the well-known architect Yoka Sara, The Tra is contemporary, elegant, and very well integrated in the immediate environment. Each of the three exquisite buildings are overlooking the surroundings especially the spacious main building, comfortably set with a maximum view to the villa area and the greenery across. General Description

On the land of 2,100 m2, the villa offers four bedrooms set in three aesthetic flair building accessible through a private road amid the rice field. Arriving in the parking area, a bridge crossing a clear fish pond leads to the fabulous living area set in the lower level. Spacious, elegant with white terrazzo stepping, minimalist in style this building is directly connected to the pool through steps going down the water. This air conditioned building can be open on all the sides with large sliding door and features four area Living, dinning, library, TV plus a large terrace in front of the pool. Connected by a short stepping, the right side building offers a colorful game room and TV, and three opulent bedrooms including two junior bedrooms and the master bedroom towards the end. Tidy, each bedroom is facing to the garden and the pool, with stylish en suited bathroom and dressing completed with the finest furniture and equipment.

On the left side of the living area the generous guest bedroom is featuring a study room which can be an additional bedroom, a large guest bedroom with a private terrace overlooking to the garden and the pool a dressing and a fully equipped indoor and outdoor bathroom. The staff quarter along with the well equipped kitchen is discreetly set on the back of this compound to give the best privacy to the guests. A 90 m2 pool including a Jacuzzi with a twin outstanding water wall is set in the middle of the lawn, blend together offering an idyllic surrounding for a perfect retreat. Further close to the river a large terrace to set the long chairs and dinning table is the perfect place to contemplate this outstanding villa.

The Jewel (4 Bedroom)

The Jewel Villa offers spectacular 180-degree views of Bali from the edge of the Jimbaran Hill. Watch the sunrise in the east over Nusa Penida, with views of Benoa Harbour and the majestic range of Bali’s volcanic mountains in the background. In the evening, the sun sets behind Jimbaran bay and the silhouettes of fishing boats. As night falls, the island comes to life again in the twinkle of lights and you can see planes arriving and taking off silently at the distant airport.

There is always a pleasant breeze that greets the visitors of The Jewel, which is located in the secured estate called “crown of the isle”. This villa definitely deserves to be called The Jewel of the crown. It has four bedrooms, each in a different color scheme and named and designed around a jewel: emerald, ruby, blue sapphire and amethyst. This modern villa, designed by Bali’s star architect Popo Danes has all the amenities you can expect. It is the perfect place to stay with a large family. Walk Through Descriptions

Enter through main gate, offering space to park two cars. Step up to enter villa through double doors into living and dining area, offering 180-degree views of Bali from east to west. Lounge area capable of seating 8 guests and massive wooden dining table for 10. Behind dining area is the fully equipped main kitchen with separate wine fridge, separate beer and water fridge, extra large main fridge, dishwasher, free standing stove and oven, microwave. Secondary wet kitchen is accessible through door from main kitchen. From dining and living area descend to garden and overflow lap pool, with pool deck and 4 deckchairs. From the garden you can access the emerald and ruby suites.

Access to the four air-conditioned bedrooms is from the dining area ascending a ramp to the first floor amethyst and sapphire suites or descending a ramp to the garden level emerald and ruby suites. The identically laid out master sapphire and emerald suites both feature fully marbled ensuite bathrooms with terrazzo bathtubs and walk-in closets. All bedrooms come with flat screen 21” TVs and DVD players, king-size bedrooms with mosquito nets, and wooden parquet floors. The bedrooms on the first floor have balconies with garden and island views.

From the dining area pass through sliding doors to a patio with the bale surrounded by a fish pond and offering great views over the island. From there, descend stairs to the fully air-conditioned media room and the fully private spa and massage room. The media room has a 43” TV and a library of DVDs as well as a stereo system. This television also features satellite TV with all the major channels.

Our villa is located in a not too touristy area of Bali, approximately 20 minutes away from Denpasar. It is only 5 minutes away from the volcanic beach of Pantai Seseh. At the beach, you will enjoy long walks, during which you might encounter the sampis (cows), fisherman or young people enjoying surf, but you will rarely meet with the tourist.

Villa Ba Jabula stands 25 meters above sea level and surrounded by rice fields where you be the witness of amazing sun sets from the south-western bay of the island. Our cozy villa has 10 people working in it. Their only worry will be to make sure that you enjoy each and every day, every hour, every minute and every second that you spend in Villa Ba Jabula.

Cemagi, the village where the villa is located, is a typical Balinese village, where you will live with its people, their habits, their character, their happiness, their smiles, their affection, their “ceremonis”, their music, their paz….., you will be able to discover the real BALI.

Stylish Design Concept

Located in the cosmopolitan district of Seminyak, Villa Satya is a fine example of tropical living at its very best. This stylish 4-bedroom residence has been realistically designed to optimize space, natural light and the backdrop of rice terrace views. Access to the villa is via a modern entrance gate painted red for prosperity, which reveals a welcoming Buddha statue in a stone niche. A series of steps bypass a small courtyard recess of yellow bamboo and opens up to a striking foyer cum entertainment area finished in creamy marble that becomes the focal point of the entire villa compound.

Elegant Villa Living

The living, kitchen and dining room is a spaciously integrated area where two entire walls of folding glass doors open up and merge into the outdoors. An 8-seat dining setting of distressed timber and high-backed cane chairs are positioned to overlook a charming garden pond created out of natural river stones surrounded by random plantings of indigenous flora. The kitchen facility, with walk-in pantry alcove, features all necessary equipment and tableware for convenient meal preparations. The decor is a combination of contemporary artworks and pre-loved artefacts. A comfortable cane lounge scattered with bright cushions complements this look of simple Asian elegance with its spontaneous burst of colour. The other feature here is a guest powder room discretely hidden behind a decorative Balinese door fitting.

Comfortable Sleeping Quarters

Two air-conditioned bedrooms are also found on the ground floor, both featuring en-suite bathrooms with unique carved vanity mirrors, separate facilities and generous sunken tubs for pleasures bath-time rituals. The master bedroom is highlighted by bed linen of vibrate orange, built-in wardrobe space and practical access from the pool directly into the outdoor section of the bathroom.

Outdoor Attributes

An inviting outdoor area incorporates a well-maintained collection of towering palms, a full-length swimming pool edged in a combination of stonework, timber sundeck and a pair of all-weather reclining loungers. Nestled into a corner of this setting there is a Balinese styled pavilion with traditional roof shingles and intricately carved support beams providing a shady spot to curl up with a good book or just relax.

Second Storey Privacy

The upper level of Villa Satya is accessed by an unimposing staircase that neither competes for space or hinders the aesthetic design flow. Located here are two additional sun-filled double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring separate bath and shower facilities. Villa Kampung has been designed to capture the ambience of a Balinese family compound with separate dwellings spread across a spacious garden landscape. Located in an unassuming back lane behind the hectic pace of downtown Seminyak, the villa offers a calming retreat where up to 12 adult guests can completely relax in comfortably appointed surroundings. Decorated with an eclectic collection of wooden furnishings and unique artifacts, Villa Kampung showcases some distinct pieces of quality craftsmanship that have been carefully sourced from around the Indonesian archipelago.

Tropical Outdoor Attributes

The villa is accessed through a heavy timber entrance gate that leads directly into a garden compound with stone pathways edged in tropical flora. A generous sized swimming pool is the centerpiece of the property and is enveloped by a sundeck, a pair of fragrant frangipani trees and several reclining sun-loungers. A traditional thatched pavilion, adorned with plump cushions and sheer curtains that waft in the breeze, is a shady niche for lazy afternoon naps.

There are plenty of terraced areas featured throughout Villa Kampung where guests can sit quietly to read or seek private time alone if desired. Alternatively, a communal lounge environment lies beneath an elevated roof structure where oversized chairs, covered in bright cushions and woven textiles, encourages social gatherings after dark. Social Dining Area

A separate dining pavilion and integrated kitchen facility caters especially for extended groups and entertaining. This setting is dominated by a magnificent dining table that has been crafted out of a single piece of timber to accommodate 12 guests in a formal seating arrangement. The sleek kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range stainless steel appliances and a double door refrigerator to enable convenient meal preparation. An elegant dresser is used to store all necessary tableware and fills this entire area with rustic charm.

Private Bedroom Suites

A total of six bedroom suites in three separate dwellings have been orientated to instill a sense of privacy for every guest. Different room configurations with classically inspired furnishings, ornate carved doors and eye-catching pieces of artwork display flair and originality. 4 Bedroom Villa – Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Bali. Located right in the heart of Seminyak, minutes away from the famous Ku De Ta Beach and a short stroll to all the fabulous shops, restaurants and trendy bars, Villa Istimewa Bali is set well off the main road in a luscious secluded garden.

The owners, both strongly involved in the conception and design of this newly finished haven, placed a great focus on noble material such as hard wood, marble, palimanan- and lava- stone. Water plays a very important part in creating the extraordinary ambiance of villa Istimewa Bali.

The incredible sunken living room with an aquarium like window into the depth of the pool blesses the house with a great feel of modernity and space. And when night comes movies can be projected on the wall-sized screen, sliding doors shut and air-conditioner turned on.

The Pool is one of the most beautiful ever seen. One might be tempted to spend a great part of the stay immersed in the water of this turquoise colored lagoon: Large enough for laps with great shallow areas to relax.

There is an ensuite bathroom with a modern super sized showerhead contrasting with an antique wooden washbasin, a fabulous mix of the old with the new.

The Treetop Bedroom opening to a private wooden terrace with a great panorama over the neighborhood and the spa feels exactly like being in a tree house although with all the home comforts thrown in: A king size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub opening up to the splendid garden.

The Temple Bedroom looks out onto the Balinese temple. Beautiful flower offerings brought to the temple are wonderful reminders of the ever-present spirituality involved in day-to-day life here in Bali. Puri Uma Dewi (6 Bedroom)

Villa Puri Uma Dewi is constructed in a complete rectangular encircling a large tropical garden and private swimming pool, on all sides. A long covered walkway with wooden floors and handrails connect the separate pavilions and structures of the main building and guest compound. Gates open to the inner garden and pool areas, which are an excellent deterrent for families with small children.

The main structure has a main fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area with an upper level built-in sofa with cushions for group entertaining, which is located next to another living area with sofas. In the rear area of the main structure 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are located with large en-suite bathrooms. The guest compound has a separate kitchen and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms.

Both the main structure and guest compound have a TV/Study room adjacent to the master bedrooms, which can be used as optional bedrooms or rooms for small children. Villa Puri Uma Dewi is ideal for families and small groups. The buildings are spread out throughout the property, thus assuring privacy. The interior design is tasteful and stylish. All the bedrooms can be enclosed or open areas. The living area faces the garden with a large swimming pool, outdoor dining pavilion and pool lounging pavilion.

Main structure and guest compound: 7 Bedrooms plus an optional air-conditioned sleeping room with ensuite bathrooms. 1 bedroom is a traditional rice barn converted into a bedroom with air-conditioning and a ladder-entrance with bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom overlooking the garden and pool, has a 4 poster king size bed, large ensuite indoor/outdoor bathroom, walk in dressing room and adjacent children’s room with two single beds.
