The 33 spacious suites consist of 21 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom suites. Each suite has a living room, kitchen, bathroom(s) and private balcony. Cancellation (Low Season)
One night charge for cancellation 7 days prior to arrival
Cancellation (High & Peak Season)
Full room night charge for cancellation 7 days prior to arrival
One night cancellation for cancellation 14 days prior to arrival
Check-in time is from 1400hrs and check-out till 1200hrs
Late check-out charge till 18oohrs: 50% of room rates, after 1800hrs will be charge as one night stay.
Peak Season surcharge will be applied from 21 Dec 09 till 05 Jan 10 as follows:
One bedroom suite: USD20 nett per room/night
Two bedrooms suite: USD40 nett per room/night
Please note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.

Early arrivals and late departures
If you arrive early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night guarantees access until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we are happy to store your bags and make our library and lounge area available for you to freshen up.
Guaranteed reservations and deposits
At Kokonut Suites a guaranteed reservation assures you a room, even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). If a room is not available, we arrange accommodation in another hotel at our expense and provide transportation to and from Kokonut Suites if reasonable. All reservations made through our website must be guaranteed through a major credit card. Certain arrival dates and rates require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of your booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations for a room reservation must be received 14 days prior to the day of arrival or before 6:00 pm local time. The cancellation policy may differ according to your arrival date and type of room. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the requested date, Kokonut Suites charges the price of one night’s accommodation.
