Season Periods

Low Season: January 11th to June 30th (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year) and September 16th to December 19th
High Season: July 1st to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season: August 1st to August 31st and December 20th to January 10th

Minimum nights stay requirements

Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 3 nights
Peak Season: 7 nights

Rates

All rates are exclusive of 21% tax and service charges and are quoted in United States Dollars. (US$)
All taxes are in accordance with government regulations.
Service charge is applied at the industry standard.
Rates are for room rentals per night only. All other costs are at the expense of the Guest unless shown as inclusions in the appendices attached.

Check-in and Check out times

Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 noon.
Day Use/late checkout until 18:00 hours will be charged at 50% off from the daily rate and is only offered subject to availability.
Checkout after 18:00 hours will incur a payment of 100% of the daily rate
