Villa Balta comprises 2 Double Bedrooms with en suites and further single Bedroom with private Bathroom. Entry is through a large dining area and the upstairs living area has sweeping views over the ocean to the volcanoes in the distance. A private swimming pool is included in the tropical landscape gardens

Accommodation

The villa Bedrooms are all air conditioned. The double bedrooms have the single bedrooms have dressing Rooms and Ensuite Bathrooms. The single bedroom has a private bathroom. All double bedrooms have King sized beds and the finest linen. In addition the Villa features an upstairs air conditioned living area comfortably furnished to take advantage of the outstanding ocean views and soothing tropical climate. A separate dining area downstairs takes full advantage of the tropical garden and the pool. Telephone, Television, DVD and CD players are also featured in the Villa. The soft furnishings are wonderfully comfortable and are ideal places to sit, relax, read and watch TV.

Services & facilities

The Villa is staffed with a full time Balinese cook expert in preparing 5 star Balinese and European dishes as well as 2 houseboys. Laundry and Dry cleaning is available at additional cost. Food purchased at market price and charged at cost.

High & Peak Season Periods

High season period: July 15 – September 15, Easter Week, Chinese New Year.
Peak season period: December 15 – January 15.

Minimum Stay

The minimum stay requirement Villa Balta varies from a 3 to 6 consecutive night stay for the low season. The minimum stay for the high season often increases to a 10 consecutive night stay.

Number of guests

Our villas have a maximum number of guests, as detailed in our villa descriptions, which we ask to be respected. If you wish to have additional guests we need to be informed prior to receipt of deposit payment

Check out time

The standard villa check out time is 12.00pm. Depending on the season we are happy to be flexible. Late check out after 6.00pm may incur a half-day rental fee.
